Within the City of Stockholm Coord has found a development concept of how a gym can be built through a creative real estate development. The land authority of Stockholm gave assignments to Coord, architects and developers to realize the initiative.

Neighbourhood housing development of about 90 apartments allows a good development in the district.

Coord, on behalf of a sports club in Ekerö municipality has developed a concept to exploit a piece of land. The concept should result in soil can be resold to a developer and thus finance a sports hall building for the municipality. Sports Hall would never get be built without this PPP solutions.

The block Sädesärlan in downtown Stockholm, is also an example of a successful PPP solution.

Coord has initiated an international aid project in which schools in Ukraine have an exchange with Swedish sportsorganisations. The project aims to develop culture and sport between schools in Sweden and Ukraine.

Coord have developed efficient sports profiles in both football and track and field pa Engelbrecht School, an elementary school in Stockholm City. Sport will in this way be a part of the school activities.

On behalf of Cyber ​​High School, Coord identified possible cooperations between AIK Soccer, Spårvägen Athletics Club and TSK Malmen Tennis.
